I have been involved in home fitness for a few years now. I stopped going to the gym simply because I didn't have time. I spend about 30 minutes a day at home working out with out any weights or equipment. I noticed that I don't need to go to the gym because I got the same results from home. I recommend Shaun T Insanity for anyone interested in guidance in this field. Great article.
